Complaint form
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and services. However, sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're very sorry to hear that. Please let us know what your complaint is, and we'll address it as soon as possible.
If you have a complaint, please contact Kooyman B.V. directly. If you notice any visible damage to your order, please take clear photos immediately while the products are still in their packaging. We also kindly request a photo of the label on the packaging. You can send these photos to us using the complaint form below. Additionally, we would appreciate a clear description of your complaint.
If, despite visible defects in the product, you proceed with further unpacking and/or processing of it, you will have accepted the product without reservation. For various reasons, you should account for a breakage percentage of 5%. Typically, this breakage can be used for fitting pieces.
The manufacturer and Kooyman B.V. must be given the opportunity to resolve any visible defects within an acceptable timeframe.
Upon receipt of the completed form, we will process it as soon as possible.
