iDEAL You can pay for your order in advance with iDEAL. This means you pay the full amount or a down payment of 20% before receiving your order. This payment method is easy, secure, and fast.

Transfer via online banking If you have chosen to pay in advance via online banking, you can do so in the same way as your other online payments. Please ensure you state your order number in the payment reference.

Cash or debit card (PIN) at the office When you come to order or collect materials at our company, you can also choose to pay for the order in cash or by debit card (PIN) at the office. We do not accept banknotes of €200 and €500.

2. How does payment via iDEAL work?

With iDEAL, you can pay via your own bank. You pay within your trusted online banking environment. This is familiar, safe, and easy. You can use iDEAL immediately without having to register for it. How it works: If you use online banking at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Fortis, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank, and Triodos Bank, you can use iDEAL. You place your order in the shopping cart. You can then choose to pay with iDEAL. You will be redirected to your own online banking environment, where your payment is ready. Fill in the missing information and complete the payment. The amount is immediately debited from your account. We then receive notification that the order has been paid. If you provide your email address, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Should you decide to cancel the order—or part of it—and we have not specially ordered the materials for you, we will automatically refund the relevant amount within 7 days.

3. How long does it take for my payment to be processed?

Payments via iDEAL are processed immediately. The average processing time for payments via online banking is 2 working days. Payments made directly via a bank payment form have a processing time of between 5 and 10 working days.
