How does the returns process work at Kooyman B.V.?

If you have surplus materials that you ordered from us, you can, in many cases, return them to us. The conditions regarding returns are detailed below.

80% of the purchase price

Items purchased from us that are normally kept in stock can be returned for 80% of the purchase price, provided the items are undamaged, clean (free of sand and soil), and complete. We only accept returns upon presentation of the proof of purchase and within 6 weeks of the purchase date. Delivered materials will not be collected by us for return.

Exceptions

• Items purchased from us that were specially ordered for you cannot be returned.

• We do not accept returns on remaining stock, second-hand materials, or soil/sand/gravel purchased from us.

Refund

Upon receipt of the materials, we can immediately refund the amount to you in cash. For amounts exceeding €100.00, we will transfer the refunded amount to you. We will do this within 5 working days.
