Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
When necessary for the execution of the agreement, Kooyman B.V. shares personal data with third parties in certain cases. This occurs with:
The hiring of subcontractors, freelancers (ZZP'ers), and temporary workers.
When mediating between a (potential) client and a landscaper/paving specialist for the execution of a project.
When the transport of ordered materials is outsourced to a third party.
In such situations, you will be informed.
We enter into a processor agreement with companies that process personal data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality
Furthermore, we only share personal data when there is a legal obligation to do so, such as registering the BSN (citizen service number) in the context of the Chain Liability Act.
