1. What are the delivery costs?
Thanks to the availability of our own trucks, we are flexible in delivering materials. We do not deliver throughout the whole of the Netherlands. Please enter your postcode here to check if your delivery address falls within our delivery area. You are, of course, always welcome to collect materials yourself.
We ship your order Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and Saturday between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM. For preparing, checking, and delivering the order, you pay a contribution which is dependent on the order amount and your postcode area. You can find an indication of these shipping costs by entering your postcode into the delivery cost calculator available with every product in the webshop.
Additional Delivery Cost Information:
You can also choose to collect your order at our branch in De Kwakel, in which case you will naturally not pay any delivery costs. You can pick up your order Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and Saturday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, at our branch in De Kwakel at Poelweg 2. We will inform you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
If you come to collect the materials yourself, we offer the option to rent a trailer from us. For €7.50, you may use our trailer for 1.5 hours. Every hour you use the trailer thereafter costs an additional €3.00. A trailer can typically accommodate about or of material. If we deliver your order in multiple installments for any reason, we will naturally cover the extra costs. If you specifically request your order to be delivered in parts, delivery costs will be charged for each partial delivery.
All amounts in the delivery cost calculator are in euros and include BTW.
2. What should I check upon delivery of my order?
Ensure that sufficient space is reserved at the delivery location beforehand for both the truck and your order; Upon arrival, inspect the products for any imperfections, including in colour and structure, and verify that you have received the quantity you ordered; We deliver your order on a pallet or in a big bag on the ground floor; We deliver your order (mostly) with our own truck and driver and try to place your products as close as possible to your desired location. The order will be placed according to your wishes in consultation with the driver; Please ensure that you leave the packaging intact as much as possible until processing. Premature removal of the cover can lead to efflorescence and colour differences in concrete products and some natural stone types; Sample stones and photos are always indicative; Processing the stones signifies acceptance of the materials.
3. On which days are ordered products delivered?
We will always contact you before the delivery takes place to determine a suitable delivery day. All products are delivered Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM and on Saturday between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM by truck. The driver only delivers to the ground floor and will not assist you in moving your order. The driver places the order in a location determined by him that is accessible to the truck.
4. What are the product delivery times?
Products that are in stock can be delivered within a few days. If the products are not in stock, we maintain a 2-3 week delivery time, provided they are in stock with the supplier. Should the delivery time be longer than 2-3 weeks, we will always contact you.
5. What happens if I am not home when the delivery person arrives?
The day before delivery, between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, you will receive an email with an estimated time indication. You will receive a message as soon as the order is underway. We try to provide the best possible indication of the delivery time, but please allow for a margin of approximately 1 hour. Our preference is that you are personally present when we deliver the materials to you. If this is not possible, please contact us.
